From the music studios of Columbia College Chicago comes the creative collaboration of the Arts Management, Music, and Television Departments. Host Frank Alkyer, Publisher of DownBeat Magazine, interviews artists on the art and business of being in the music industry.

MusiciansStudio is taped before a live studio audience at the Concert Hall of the Music Center, 1014 S. Michigan Avenue.

Its mission is to produce an educational television series featuring interviews with emerging and prominent musicians and music managers who discuss their artistic and business careers. MusiciansStudio airs Friday nights at 9pm on WYCC Channell 20.
